Microwave Directions: Place noodles, vegetables, 1/4 cup of water and sauce base in a microwavable dish. Cover and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. Mix well and serve. (If preparing with cooked meat, add during final minute of cooking). Get Creative: Add your favorite proteins and vegetables or stir fry last night's leftovers to make them new again! To loosen noodles, puncture pouch and microwave on high for 1 minute or rinse noodles under hot water. 2. Heat 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or wok. On medium high heat stir-fry vegetables 1-2 minutes. 3. Add noodles, 1/2 cup of water and sauce base. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes and serve. (If preparing with cooked meat, add during final minute of stir-fry.) Caution: Contents are hot after microwaving. Handle with care. Perishable. Keep refrigerated. For extended use, freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost in refrigerator or in boiling water.
