Proper handling procedures: Store at 28 degrees-35 degrees F for optimum freshness. After opening, overwrap unused portion with film and refrigerate. Keep refrigerated. See carving instructions on reverse side on label. Carving Instructions: Place ham on platter, fat side up. Starting from your right make vertical slices at desired thickness until bane is exposed (See Diagram). Release slices by cutting under them and along the bone, starting from your right. For additional servings, turn ham over and slice to the bone as described above. This ham can be sliced and eaten cold or heated in the oven. To heat: Remove wrapper and net covering. Place in a shallow baking pan in a 325 degrees preheated oven. Cook approximately 15 minutes per pound. For a festive treat, garnish with your favorite fruit or glaze. Once opened, product should be used within 5 days.
