To refill grinders: unscrew the top pin, and remove the top chrome cap. Refill with desired sea salt or peppercorns. Replace the top chrome cap, and screw the pin back onto the post. To adjust grind: simply hold the chrome top in one hand, and the body of the grinder in another, and turn hands in opposite directions to grind. Wipe with a damp cloth.
