Perishable. Keep frozen. Microwave ore regular oven. Cook from frozen. Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in top of overwrap. Heat on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap and gently stir. Cook another 1 minute or until heated throughout. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from carton and overwrap. Leave in tray and cover with foil (foil should not touch food). Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Starting with his unique, aromatic blend of green vegetables and herbs, we add our own homemade curry sauce and pour it over fragrant jasmine rice, protein-rich tofu and a mixture of vegetables including organic sweet potatoes, green beans, yellow zucchini and fire roasted red bell peppers.
