Shopping list - just add: 1/2 lb chicken breast - thinly sliced. 1/2 red pepper - sliced. 1/2 carrot - cut into strips. 1 small red onion - sliced. Recipe suggestion: Honey teriyaki: Serves 2. Method: 1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes. 2. Add the vegetables and fry for a further minute, add the sauce, simmer and serve. Serve with noodles or rice.
