New Quick Prep Tapioca Pudding: 1/4 cup Reese Granulated Tapioca; 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, well beaten; 2-1/4 cups whole milk*; 1 tsp. vanilla. 1. Combine tapioca, sugar, milk, and egg in a medium saucepan; let stand 5 minutes. 2. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. 3. Cool 25 minutes; stir. Serve warm or chilled. Refrigerate leftover pudding. * Substitute with 2 cups 2% milk. Skim milk is not recommended. Makes 6 servings (1/2 cup each). Cut or tear along dotted line.
