Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Larger chicken breasts may require longer cooking times. Grill: Place chicken on grill rack over medium-high heat. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, flip over and cook 10 more minutes on the other side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Stovetop: Heat 1 to 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil in skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Place chicken in skillet and cook each side for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 5 to 7 more minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated.
