Cooking Instructions: Grill Method: Place chicken on grill rack over medium-high heat. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, flip over and cook 10 more minutes on the other side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Skillet Method: Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Place chicken in skillet and cook each side for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 5-7 more minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Oven Method: Heat oven to 400 degrees F. line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. chicken breast sizes varies, larger breasts may require longer cooking times. Keep refrigerated.
