Krusteaz® homemade. Made easy® You will need: 2/3 cup water. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. Before you begin: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan by lightly greasing or coating with non-stick cooking spray. 1. Blend water, oil, eggs and full box quick bread mix together in medium bowl until moistened. 2. Spoon batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Makes 10, 3/4-inch slices. For mini muffins: Prepare batter as directed. Spoon into 22-24 lightly greased mini muffin cups, filling to rim. Bake at 400 degrees F 10-12 minutes. For standard muffins: Prepare batter as directed. Spoon into 10-12 lightly greased standard muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F 18-20 minutes. High altitude (over 5,000 feet): Add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water. Bake as directed.
