Note: freezing the roll for 8-12 minutes before slicing will make it easier and consistent. 2 using a saute pan, spray with cooking spray and place chilled patties into the pan. 3 cook over medium heat, for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently until browned and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and is no longer pink. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
