Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, turn pieces over, then bake for an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until desired crispiness. Appliances may vary. Cooking instructions are a guideline. Cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Not recommended for microwave use. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not re-freeze.
