Directions

Stovetop: Boil 6 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Add pasta. Return to medium boil. Cook 8 to 9 minutes, or until al dente, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Place pasta in colander, rinse and drain. Add 3 tbsp fat free milk and 2 tbsp unsalted butter to saucepan. Melt butter over low heat. Whisk cheddar into milk and butter mixture. Combine pasta with cheddar sauce and enjoy!
