Serving Suggestions: One Ld Ball: Appetizers: Melt sliced mozzarella over garlic bread. Garnish with fresh basil. Salad: Julienne the mozzarella. Add to three bean salad. Pastas: Toss large diced mozzarella with wild mushroom red sauce. Serve over rigatoni. Entrees: Bread and fry sliced mozzarella. Layer with fried eggplant and roasted peppers. Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze. To Maintain Freshness: This container should always be kept covered. For peak flavor, keep product in its own liquid and serve directly out of the container. If the cheese is transferred to an open tray, keep cheese completely covered with liquid. To make more liquid, dissolve one-half tablespoon of salt in one quart of cold water.
