Seasoning Directions: Shake as a seasoning on your favorite food. Marinate meat (For safety meat preparation, reference the USDA website). Bake into casseroles. Season side dishes. Stir into sauce. Sprinkle on popcorn. Garnish veggies. Salad Dressing Directions: To make 8 oz; 1-1/2 tbsp Hidden Valley mix; 1/2 cup milk; 1/2 cup mayonnaise. To make 16 oz; 3 tbsp Hidden Valley mix; 1 cup milk; 1 cup mayonnaise. To make 2-1/2 gal; 20 tbsp Hidden Valley mix; 5 qt milk; 5 qt mayonnaise. 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken. 3. Stir and serve. Refrigerate or discard and unused portion within 2 hours of preparation. Dip Directions: 1. In a bowl, combine 16 oz. Sour cream with 3 tablespoons of product. 2. Refrigerate for 1 hour to enhance flavor. 3. Serve. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion within 2 hours of preparation. For richer ranch flavor, add more dry mix. Shake on chicken, potatoes and more. Store shaker in a cool, dry place (do not refrigerate).
