Heating Instructions: Microwave Per 1 Container: 1. Partially peel back the film lid and place in the microwave. 2. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until hot. 3. Caution! Container will be hot so use the side panel grips to remove it from the microwave. 4. Carefully, remove the film lid and stir the contents from the bottom up. Let cool for 30 seconds. Do not heat in conventional oven, toaster oven, or broiler. Keep refrigerated.
