Directions
Stove top: Boil 6 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Add pasta. Return to medium boil. Cook 8 to 9 minutes, or until al dente, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Place pasta in colander, rinse and drain. Add 3 Tbsp. fat free milk and 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter to saucepan. Melt butter over low heat. Whisk herb and garlic into milk and butter sauce. Combine pasta with herb and garlic sauce and enjoy!
