COOKING DIRECTIONS. 1 SERVING Water* 1 cup Salt (optional) 1/8 tsp. Wheatena 1/3 cup. 2 SERVINGS Water* 2 cups Salt (optional) 1/4 tsp. Wheatena 2/3 cup. 4 SERVINGS Water* 4 cups Salt (optional) 1/2 tsp. Wheatena 1 1/3 cup. *For thicker cereal add less water. For thinner cereal add more water. STOVE TOP - Combine water, salt and Wheatena in saucepan. - Heat to a rapid boil over high heat; stirring occasionally. - Reduce heat to maintain a low boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. - Remove from heat; cover until ready to serve. - Stir before serving. MICROWAVE (1 Serving) - Combine water, salt and Wheatena in a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl. - Microwave on HIGH until boiling, about 2 minutes; stir. - Reduce power to MEDIUM-LOW.
