Where to Burn: To avoid concentration of soot, smoke or scent, use outdoors, not in enclosed areas. Bum on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Before righting: To reduce sooting, you must keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch or less at all times. Remove any foreign material or liquid from container. Do not use if glass is chipped or cracked.
