Lightly coat 8"x 8" baking pan with oil and sprinkle with flour [such as Enjoy Life All-Purpose Flour Mix] or line with parchment paper. 2. Combine brownie mix, 2 tablespoons oil, and 3/4 cup water in a bowl, mix until well blended. 3. Pour into 8"x 8" prepared baking pan. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Makes approximately 14 brownies.
