Simply Organic Vegetable Seasoning Mix Garlic & Herb

Directions

You will need. 1 lb red or white potatoes. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Wash potatoes, peel if desired. Pat the potatoes dry. Cut potatoes into 1" pieces. 3. In a medium sized bowl, add potatoes and olive oil. Stir to evenly coat. Pour seasoning mix* over potatoes and stir. 4. Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. 5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir potatoes and cook uncovered another 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are crisp and tender. *All-natural ingredients may cake. Knead packet prior to opening. Chef suggests: Toss 1 lb of asparagus, green beans, or carrots with 2 tbsp olive oil and seasoning. Sauté or oven roast. Enjoy! Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
