Keep refrigerated. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Cooking instructions: Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Grill: Preheat lightly oiled grill between medium and high heat, about 500 to 700 degrees F. Add cutlets to cooking surface so they do not touch. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey cutlet.
