Beat on high speed for 4 minutes. Spread evenly into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serving suggestion: Dust with confectioner's sugar or frost with Gefen frosting mix. Store in a dry and cool place.
