Directions

For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated. Use Shady Brook Farms® Lightly Seasoned turkey patties any way you would use ground beef patties. Grilled or skillet. Season as desired. Lightly oil cooking surface and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until patty is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer.
