Cook thoroughly. Microwave Cooking Directions. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted. Cooking times are based on an 1100 watt microwave oven. 1. Remove Bowl from outer carton. Cut slit in center of film cover. 2. Microwave On High 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Replace film. Microwave on High for additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked through. 3. Let Stand in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Oven Cooking Directions. Do not heat under broiler or in toaster oven. 1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut a slit in center of film cover. 2. Place Bowl on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake 35 minutes. 3. Carefully Remove From Oven. Let stand 1 minute. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For Food Safety & Quality follow these cooking directions. Internal temperature of dish should be 165 degrees F after cooking. Caution: Bowl and contents will be hot. Use pot holders when removing from microwave or oven. Keep frozen.
