Cook Time Chart: 1 lb. boneless chicken: 15 mins (Air fry set temperature to 350 degrees F); 20 mins (Oven set temperatures to 425 degrees F), 1 lb. chicken tenders: 10 - 12 mins (Air fry set temperatures to 350 degrees F); 12 mins (Oven set temperature to 425 degrees F), 1 1/2 lbs. bone - in chicken (legs & thighs): 20 - 25 mins (Air fry set temperature to 350 degrees F); 30 mins (Oven set temperature to 425 degrees F). Oven Directions: Coat chicken as directed above. Place chicken on large foil - lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake as directed below until cooked through. You'll Need: 1 egg, 1/2 cup coating mix, 1 pound boneless chicken breast. Pour: Coating mix into shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag. Beat egg in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg to moisten. Coat or shake chicken, a few pieces at a time, pressing to coat evenly with coating mix. Discard any remaining egg or coating. Place: Chicken in single layer in air fryer basket. Air Fryer: Air fryer as directed below, until chicken is cooked through. (No need to flip chicken). Serve chicken with this delicious Creole Honey mustard dipping sauce. Mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup Zatarain's Creole Mustard and 2 tablespoons honey in bowl until well blended.
