Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Cooking instructions for cereal: Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to a boil. Add 1 cup white corn grits and reduce heat. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for a couple of minutes before serving. This will make enough for four generous helpings.
