How to Apply: (1) Prepare meat according to recipe (butterfly, stuff, season). (2) Choose the appropriate Roast Sock size. (3) Gather the sock up, put your hand through, grab the meat and slide the sock over it (4) Roast Sock's must be moistened with oil, water or marinade before applying or before cooking in order to prevent sticking to the meat or scorching. Oven safe in temperatures up to 450 degrees. Let the mat rest & remove the sock before eating. Use scissors to cut along the length of the sock to remove and discard after single use. Pan sear using cooking oil to prevent the sock from sticking and avoid scorching.
