Fully cooked. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw! Microwave preparation: directions were developed using an 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cook times may need to be adjusted. From frozen only: 1. Do not open or remove frank from pouch! Place pouch, flat side down in center of microwave. 2. Microwave on high for 55-60 seconds or until hot. (For microwaves 800 watts or lower may need to add 5 seconds at a time until hot.) 3. Let stand for 1 minute, before serving. 4. Remove from pouch and enjoy! Caution product will be hot!
