Cover the pan and continue heating for about 8-10 minutes, breaking up meat with fork as needed. Remove cover and continue cooking until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Add to your favorite recipe and enjoy! Storing cooked sausage: cover the sausage or place in a closed container. Refrigerate and serve within 2-3 days.
