Ingredients

Active ingredient (in each 5 ml teaspoonful) - Purpose. Dextromethorphan HBr, USP 15 mg - Cough Suppressant. Inactive ingredients: Blue 1, Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Flavor, Glycerin, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Polyethylene Glycol 3350, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Red 33, Sodium Benzoate, Sucralose, Sucrose, Tragacanth, Xanthan Gum.

Warnings

Do not use: if you are on a sodium-restricted diet, if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Ask a doctor before use if you have: cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus), chronic cough that lasts as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema.
Stop use and ask a doctor if: new symptoms occur, redness or swelling is present, fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days, pain or cough gets worse or lasts more than 5 days (children) or 7 days (adults), cough comes back or occurs with fever, rash or headache that lasts.
These could be signs of a serious condition.
When using this product: do not use more than directed.
