Easy to use! 1. Dip mop in hot water. 2. Push sleeve down and twist 4 times to wring. 3. Keep sleeve in down position when scrubbing. 4. Pull sleeve up and snap into middle grip to mop. To Change Refill: Pull collar up. Remove mop head. Push collar down. Machine wash or hand wash in warm, sudsy water and hang to dry.
