For one time baking use. Oven-safe up to 400 degrees F. Do not broil. For use in conventional ovens & microwaves. Recommended use: Yes-appropriate use: One-time baking use. Temperatures up to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Appropriate heat sources: Conventional and convection gas and electric ovens - on middle rack away from walls, floor, and exposed heating elements. Microwaves. No-do not use for: Repeat use. Immersion in water - submerging may distort and weaken the pan high oven settings: Broiling. Temperatures above 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Unacceptable heat sources: Toaster ovens. Super-concentrated heat sources such as: Stovetops - open flames - gas or charcoal barbeque grills - portable gas or electric cooking devices. Fire or burns may result. Baking with the Chinet Bakeware pan: Distribute food evenly throughout the pan for maximum strength and stability and to promote even baking. Place pan on the middle rack of oven and away from oven walls, floor, and exposed heating elements. Placement near walls, floor, or exposed heating elements can cause uneven heat distribution and fire. Do not use lids when baking or reheating - they will deform if heated. Plastic lids are for room temperature or refrigerator storage only. Storage and reheating: Do not put lid on warm pan - lid can deform. Let the food cool before applying lid. Pans can be stored in the freezer. Do not use lids for freezer storage - alternate covering recommended. Food in pan may be reheated in the oven or microwave. Remove the plastic lid before reheating. After use: Do not wash pan. Dispose of pan after food is consumed. Pan will weaken and may fail if reused.
