Directions: In a large boiling pot, bring contents of package and 5 gallons of water to a boil. Add seafood to the pot, stir carefully, cover and return to a boil. Cook and soak for time allotted in the chart below. To stop the cooking process, add ice before the soaking time. Carefully drain and serve. Seafood: crawfish; 3 minutes boiling time; 20 minutes soaking time; Seafood: Shrimp; 1 minute boiling time; 5 minutes; Seafood: Crab; 5 minutes; Soaking Time: 20 minutes.
