Cooking directions: Simmer: for each 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) of broccoli, corn & red peppers, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add vegetables and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. Steam: pour 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) of broccoli, corn & red peppers in vegetable steamer and place over boiling water. Cover and steam 2 to 3 minutes, until just tender. Season to taste. Microwave ovens: pour broccoli, corn & red peppers in 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish. Add water and cover. Microwave on high as directed on chart. Drain. Season to taste. Servings: 2 large - 4-1/2. Amount: 8 oz - 16 oz. Water: 2 tablespoons - 1/4 cup. Cooking time*: 3 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 2 to 3 minutes. - 3 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes. *Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another. For best results, consult owners manual. Keep frozen until ready to use.
