Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Add sausage links and cook, turning frequently, until browned, cooked through and a meat thermometer, inserted in center of each sausage link, reads 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat a lightly oiled grill. Grill sausage links, turning occasionally, until browned, cooked through and meat thermometer, inserted in center of each sausage link, reads 165 degrees F.
