Grinding: For whole bean coffee, grind beans just before you brew. A medium to fine grind is best for drip brewers. Check your coffeemaker's guidelines for grinding. Brewing: Begin with fresh, cold water. A full-flavored cup calls for 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water. Use more or less as desired. Storage: After opening the package, store coffee in an air-tight container. To protect freshness over time, store in the freezer.
