Fully cooked. Keep frozen. Heat from frozen. Microwave cooking instructions: 1. Remove sandwich from plastic wrap. Wrap in paper towel. Place on microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave on defrost (30% power) for 1 minute 30 seconds or until thawed. 3. Turn sandwich over, microwave on high for 1 minute or until hot. 4. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute before serving. Microwave ovens may vary, adjust cooking times accordingly.
