Cooking Instructions: How to Boil Gnocchi: 1. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a rolling boil in a pot. 2. Add gnocchi and stir. 3. Cook for 2-3 min. or until all the gnocchi float to the surface. 4. Drain in a colander and enjoy with your favorite sauce. How to Pan-Fry Gnocchi: Skillet gnocchi is crispy on the outside, and light and fluffy in the middle. 1. In a skillet, melt 3 tbsp, of butter over medium heat. 2. Add gnocchi straight from the package. Toss in the butter to evenly coat. Stir occasionally. 3. Cook for approx. 6-8 mins. or until the gnocchi turn golden brown and the edges begin to crisp. 4.
