Directions for use. Open trap and carefully peel off protective paper from glue surface. Remove 1 food-based bait tablet and place it in the center of glue. Fold the wings of the trap inward, placing the tab into the slot to close. Storage and disposal store in a cool, dry area inaccessible to children and pets. Trap is effective for 8 weeks once glue and bait tablet are opened and in use. To dispose traps, simply discard in trash.

Repeat 3 cycles if necessary. After removing, wash with soap and water. Call 1-800-799-7302 if you need further assistance. If on pet: a collar to prevent licking may be needed.
