Directions
Microwave or regular oven. Perishable. Keep frozen. Country cheddar bowl: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove bowl from box and remove over wrap. Cover with foil. Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated. Microwave oven: Remove from box. Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 5 minutes or until hot. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. This bowl is a full meal in itself, combining tender organic broccoli, julienne carrots, roasted potatoes, red bell peppers and baked tofu with rotini pasta. A creamy sauce made with aged english cheddar cheese completes this delicious meal that will leave you feeling nourished and satisfied.
