Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Place slices in unheated skillet. Cook over low/medium-low heat 12-14 minutes. Turn frequently until desired crispiness. Conventional Oven: Place slices on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F 12-15 minutes until desired crispiness. No turning necessary. Microwave: (625 to 700 watts): Place separated slices in microwave-safe dish on two paper towels, then place two more paper towels over slices. Microwave on high (100% power) as follows: slices 2: 2.25 – 2.75 minutes; slices 4: 4 – 4.55 minutes; slices 6: 5.5 – 6.5 minutes. For more even cooking, rearrange slices halfway through cook time. You may need to adjust time for your microwave oven. Keep refrigerated.
