Just add water. Cooking directions: Stove top: Step 1: In a medium saucepan, bring 2 1/4 cups of water to boil. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter. Add 1 cup of Neilly's jerk rice & beans mix, stir and cover tightly. Step 2: Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed. Step 3: Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve. Microwave: Step 1: Combine 2 1/4 cups of water, 1 cup of Neilly's jerk rice & beans mix and 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter in a microwave safe container. Step 2: Cover and cook on medium power for 20 minutes. Step 3: Remove from microwave, let stand covered for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve. *Microwave ovens vary so cooking times given are approximate.
