Pan fry: slice sausage in half lengthwise or into 1/2 inch slices. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat 6-9 minutes, turning frequently. Boil: fill a pan with 2-3 inches of water, bring water to boil and add sausage. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.
