Directions
Crawfish Boil: 1-2 lb. of shrimp or crawfish. 2 qts. of water. Pour contents of container into 2 qts of boiling water. Stir until spice is equally distributed. Add 1-2 lbs. Of shrimp, or crawfish. Boil until shell turns pink or turns red. Test for desired tenderness. Be careful not to over boil. Drain and serve! For an extra zing, sprinkle some J.O. No. 1 on seafood after draining!
