Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove film. 2. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 30 minutes. Stir cheese sauce into broccoli. 3. Cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand 5 minutes for sauce to thicken. Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Pull back corner of film to vent. Microwave on high 3 minutes. 2. Remove film and stir. 3. Microwave an additional 4 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes.
