Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray foil lined tray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake covered until thigh reaches 180 degrees F 50-55 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to 450-500 degrees F. Spray grates with nonstick cooking spray. Grill bone side down with grill lid closed for 30-40 minutes, flip over and grill for additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
