Bake 15 minutes, turn and cover with cooking sauce if desired. Bake 20 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Skillet: Heat 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil per wing in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add thawed wings, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 28 minutes turning occasionally, until browned and internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Grill: Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot(b). Place frozen wings on rack directly over fire; cover and cook 22 minutes turning once during cooking, until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. (b) If using charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can comfortably hold your hand there for 3 to 4 seconds. Cook from frozen. Keep frozen.
