Directions
Perishable. Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Cheese tortellini with mushrooms & peas bowl: Ovens may vary: Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in over wrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove over wrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove over wrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Stir. Bake for 10-15 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven instructions.

Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. This tortellini dish is a true comfort food, made with tender pasta immersed in a creamy three-cheese sauce along with organic mushrooms and peas to complete this delicious dish. Our chef served this to his kids when they were growing up. It quickly became a family favorite, and we think it will become a favorite with your family, too. Just heat, eat and enjoy!
