Directions: Open stick pack and add contents to 16 oz of cool water. Mix well until powder is completely dissolved. To use with a 16.9-oz bottle of water, open bottle and drink a small amount of the water. Open stick pack and add contents to the bottle. Securely cap the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. Consume liquid promptly. Use two stick packs per day. Mix the entire contents of the stick pack into water immediately after opening. Stick pack contents stored in an open stick pack may absorb moisture and may not easily pour or dissolve. Take a sip from a 16.9 oz water bottle. Pour into a 16.9 oz water bottle. Shake well to dissolve in water. Pour into a 16 oz water glass. Stir well to dissolve in water.
