Snack time: Add a bit of "crunch" and veggies to your "cleanse." We recommend: Chopped vegetables and tablespoons of hummus. Fruit and 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, walnuts, or pecans). 1 cup edamame. Avocado toast (on high fiber bread). Apple/celery with 2 tablespoons of nut butter. Green salad (for dressing use basic vinaigrettes). 1-2 pieces of dark chocolate. Note: you can choose if you want to have snacks while "cleansing." Just listen to your body. If you're hungry--have a snack! If not, wait until your next soup.

Why do we use quotes around the word "cleanse?" This isn't a traditional "cleanse". This isn't a quick fix or a temporary "detox." This is simply healthy, clean eating. What's included: Twelve hand-crafted, all natural, ready-to-eat soups. Contains over 100 grams of plant-based protein and fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, and more. What's not included: Chemicals, preservatives, unpronounceable ingredients. Too much salt, fat and sugar. Look & feel great. Without being hungry. Congratulations on taking the first step on your healthy journey! Our goal: to change your cravings for salt, fat, and sugar to healthy, more natural foods. At the end of the "cleanse" you will hopefully find yourself a little lighter as well! You'll feel full and healthy, with much fewer calories. That's the magic of plant-based protein and fiber, and simple, clean eating! 4 soups a day x 3 cleanse days. Here's how: Simply eat the soups in the order that is listed on each label. Each soup has a for the day and a letter for its place. On Day 1 start with Soup 1 A, then follow with Soup IB, 1C, ID, and so on for 3 days. Soup 1 - 7:30-9:00am. Snack A - mid-morning. Soup 2 - 11:00-12:30pm. Soup 3 - 2:30-4:30pm. Snack B - mid-afternoon. Soup 4 - 6:00-7:00pm. Note: You can choose if you want to have snacks while "cleansing". Just listen to your body. If you're hungry-- have a snack! If not, wait until your next soup. We don't know your daily routine! If you have trouble eating first thing in the morning, wait until you get to work. If you are a night owl, you might choose to eat your final soup later in the day. The important thing is to follow the order of the soups each day. The soups are designed in this order to give you the most energy in the morning, keep you satiated through the day, and let your digestive system rest before sleep. While "cleansing," try to avoid eating within 3 hours of going to sleep. Turn over for extra tips! Helpful hints: Drink lots of water! This will help your body adjust to the extra fiber. You may feel hungry when you go to bed. Going to sleep a bit hungry allows your body to rest and ensures you'll be hungry for your morning soup! Wine, coffee, and tea are permitted because life is short. We ask that on "cleanse" days you limit consumption to 1 glass/day. When drinking coffee and tea, please try to avoid sweeteners of any kind. Please avoid: Highly processed foods, which have been heavily modified from their original form, and usually have added salt, fat, and preservatives. Examples include: Commercially available baked goods. Soda--including diet. Canned goods. Candy. Anything fatty or salty (chips or pretzels). Condiments/toppings that have too much added sugar, salt and preservatives. Opt for an organic brand which is more likely to have no added sugar. Hungry for more?
